Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return review.

Because our products are consumable, returns are not automatically accepted. Every return request is subject to an individual review process to determine eligibility.

Return Eligibility & Review Process

To be considered for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Evaluation: Once you contact us, our team will review your request.

• Approval: If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return review and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at kccollectiveca@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As a standard rule, opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.

Exchanges

Due to the consumable nature of our products, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us regarding your current item. Once the return review is approved and the item is processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
